We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Property Services Case Manager to cover a period of maternity leave (a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 15 months).

 

What you'll be doing  

You'll support the Property Services Manager and be the operational lead to manage and oversee all Section 11 Disrepair claims, major works and insurance related case work.  

You'll be responsible for directly line managing a team of maintenance inspectors and a Property Coordinator providing technical solutions and support on complex repairs for customers and internal departments.

You'll ensure the Property Services team deliver an effective, responsive, value for money service that is compliant with best practice, regulatory and statutory requirements an effective budget management.

 

More about you. What can you bring?   

We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience of effectively managing and leading a team.

You'll have experience in the management of major repairs, Section 11 Disrepair claims and Insurance works, including health & safety legislation preferably within social housing. 

Previous experience writing high quality documentation and reports.

An understanding of housing and property customer service, as well as commercial awareness and experience of robust contract management.

You'll possess a HNC/HND building related qualification, or are looking to achieve the same or similar technical qualification when in post. 

We're looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who works proactively and can effectively manage their own workload and time.

Previous experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders required.

Driving licence and use of own car required.

 

 

When and where you'll be doing it     

   

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £53,900 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
